Experience Requirements:
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in the finance sector, preferably within multinational corporations, financial institutions, or from formal accounting training obtained at university level.
- Prior exposure to corporate accounting functions is required; experience supporting China‑related entities is highly preferred.

- Strong experience in China entity accounting, including statutory audit coordination, funding requirements, and tax reporting.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with PRC accounting standards is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance contact for 1–2 Polymer corporate entities.
- Manage cost control and allocation, with a particular focus on data‑related and system costs, ensuring accurate allocation across corporate and fund entities.
- Prepare and process vendor payments through the e‑banking system, including:
- Invoice verification and duplication checks
- Tracking invoice status
- Liaising with suppliers and Polymer affiliates
- Ensure funding is sufficient for the operating activities, help to utilize excess funding of the responsible corporate entities.
- Perform month‑end closing activities in SAP for assigned entities.
- Responsible for preparation and drafting of financial statements and related disclosures, as well as audit schedules for statutory audits and tax filings for the related corporate entities
- Maintain a robust and orderly filing system for the Finance Department, ensuring accounting records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Support bank account opening processes and execution of vendor agreements, including coordination of required documentation and signatures.
