Responsibilities
- Business Partner countries coverage: Hong Kong, Mumbai and Australia
- Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conducting due diligence reference calls
- Provide support to employees in various HC-related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may rise.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HC functions and duties.
- Spearheading HC policies ensure compliance with labor regulations across different locations.
- Maintain database of all employee’s information and ensure they are up to date
- Develop and implement new HR policies
- Interpret human resources policy to company management
- Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
- Collect and assess HC data for performance management
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
- Ideate and collaborate with teams on HC projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as a HC Generalist, experience in Finance related industry
- 8-12 years of experience
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRM software will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Analytical mind with problem solving attitude
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration/ Human Capital or relevant field
- Strong written and spoken English plus one Asian language
