Responsibilities 

  • Business Partner countries coverage: Hong Kong, Mumbai and Australia
  • Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conducting due diligence reference calls
  • Provide support to employees in various HC-related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may rise.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HC functions and duties.
  • Spearheading HC policies ensure compliance with labor regulations across different locations.
  • Maintain database of all employee’s information and ensure they are up to date
  • Develop and implement new HR policies
  • Interpret human resources policy to company management
  • Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
  • Collect and assess HC data for performance management
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
  • Ideate and collaborate with teams on HC projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a HC Generalist, experience in Finance related industry
  • 8-12 years of experience
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRM software will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Analytical mind with problem solving attitude
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration/ Human Capital or relevant field
  • Strong written and spoken English plus one Asian language
