Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

- Greet and direct the firm's visitors including service providers, counterparties, and corporate IR
- Answer phone calls and handle mail & couriers
- Manage weekly grocery delivery for office, stock refrigerator and manage pantry
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, replenishing office supplies, printing, photocopying/scanning, etc.
- Assist with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms
- Process invoices and maintain proper records

Requirements

- The ideal candidate should come with at least two years of experience in front-desk reception and administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to learn, proactive and detail-oriented team player

This is an “on-site” position based in midtown New York, NY
