Job Responsibilities
You will be part of the Polymer Capital’s Human Capital team to handle HR Operations, Data Analysis and HR system development. This is an operational role accountable for the successful delivery of full spectrum of human resource tasks, with special focus on data analytics. To achieve this, you will work closely with the Human Capital team to deliver on key objectives.
- Manage and execute day to day administrative and operational HR tasks related to HR operation process. (including visa application and database maintenance)
- Independently responsible for monthly payroll process and annual tax income reporting
- To deal with people data and deliver impact by listening to what people data tells, delivers a range of analysis activities – data extraction, synthesis of data, creating templates and recommendations
- Exploring and cleaning up data to prepare high-quality data. Produce reporting and data consolidation, run data audits, and research and resolve reporting/data entry discrepancies
- Carry out people data and workforce analysis, from basic (forecast, budgeting) to potentially multi-variant analysis to drive business decisions and people strategy
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with stakeholders to design and document effective solutions, including but not limited to business processes, automated processes, integrations, and system configuration to improve processes and technology areas in support of specific business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistic, or Finance
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in HR Operation with 3+ years of payroll experience in Hong Kong.
- Excellent analytical skills with data literacy
- Expert PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Professional and demonstrates integrity at all times
- Always curious about human behaviors, passionate about numbers, patient when dealing with data
- Good command of spoken and written in English
