Job Description
- Be involved in HR transformation and automation projects in gathering requirements, assist in executing test plans and scenarios to prepare for projects implementation
- Keep track of recruitment database.
- New Hire Onboarding logistics.
- Assist with companywide safety initiatives.
- Assist with background check and collect all necessary paperwork for personal files.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
- Work with HR team to perform any other HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in company products and staff engagement events
Requirements
- Students studying in Human Resources or related degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in HR, eagerness and willingness to learn about the different functions and processes
- Proactive and result-oriented.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Japanese.
