Job Responsibilities / Job Brief
- Support day-to-day operations of Human Capital functions and duties
- Maintain and update employee files and records
- Assist with HR automation and digitalization projects
- Prepare documentation and reports related to personnel activities (e.g., staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations)
- Coordinate HC projects including meetings, training sessions, and surveys
- Provide relevant data to assist in payroll preparation
- Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
- Support recruitment activities and maintain candidate databases
- Assist with product and event management initiatives
- Contribute to campus engagement and outreach programs
- Participation in ad hoc projects
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in a human resources role
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
Good to have
- Basic understanding of labor laws
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time
- Hands-on experience with payroll and data management in Asia locations
