Job Brief

Our team specializes in data analytics and visualization, handling multiple projects that encompass risk analytics, monitoring, quantitative research, and trading. We take an end-to-end approach to development, which includes database schema design, API design, and front-end UI/UX design. We use Agile and DevOps methodologies to refine our products iteratively, managing build, test, deployment, and monitoring processes. We maintain high-quality code through peer reviews and automated tests, using Git branching models, pull requests, and CI/CD tools.

The Senior Front-End Developer will lead and mentor junior developers, focusing on creating and implementing UI/UX designs, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and maintainability of applications.

Requirements

Design and Development
  • Design and implement user-facing features with a focus on UI/UX.
  • Translate design wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.ent
Leadership and Mentorship
  • Lead and mentor junior developers.
  • Conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the product management and design teams to define feature requirements.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to improve usability.
Maintenance and Optimization
  • Monitor and improve front-end performance.
  • Update and maintain existing applications, libraries, and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Demonstrated ability in UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with leading and mentoring junior developers.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and front-end optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
