Job Responsibilities / Job Brief
  • Answering and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival at the office
  • Managing conference room bookings and tidiness
  • Handling incoming & outgoing mails and parcels
  • Handling office replenishment for stationery, pantry supplies and company brand products, including sourcing, issuing POs and invoice settlement
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, furniture & fixture
  • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access pass to the office
  • Preparing business card
  • Auditing expenses reports to ensure all reimbursements are in line with group T&E policies
  • Providing administrative support to visitors and office events
  • Performing ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree holder in business related discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Receptionist or office administration role in a sizable company
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin
  • Presentable with pleasant personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and good team player
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Immediate available or short notice preferred
