Job Responsibilities / Job Brief
  • Handle license applications, regulatory filings and reports (HK and US) 
  • Conduct monitoring and surveillance of trading activities to detect and prevent market abuse, insider trading and other violations
  • Investigate and resolve alerts generated by trade surveillance systems, and escalate any potential issues to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Work on regional projects including system UAT, new investment models discussion, or system development
  • Conduct or assist with ad-hoc inspections and regulatory requests
Requirements
  • University graduate with major in Business, Finance, Law or Computer Science;
  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in compliance function
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions. Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite Excel, Bloomberg, Python
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Japanese is a plus.
