Support day-to-day operations of Human Capital functions and duties
Maintain and update employee files and records
Assist with HR automation and digitalization projects
Prepare documentation and reports related to personnel activities (e.g., staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations)
Coordinate HC projects including meetings, training sessions, and surveys
Provide relevant data to assist in payroll preparation
Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
Support recruitment activities and maintain candidate databases
Assist with product and event management initiatives
Contribute to campus engagement and outreach programs
Participation in ad hoc projects
Requirements
At least 2 years+ of experience in a human resources role, ideally with a focus in campus recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
Good to have
Basic understanding of labor laws
Proven ability to deliver projects on time
Hands-on experience with payroll and data management in Asia locations
